Ripe Cucumber Pickles

Ingredients: 

12 Ripe cucumbers. Cut in half. Seeds removed. Cut into pieces.

2 lbs brown sugar
1 pint vinegar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. whole cloves

Method: 

Cook until tender, and clear. Bottle hot.
