4-3-2-1 Spice Rub

Ingredients

Combine 4 tablespoons kosher salt, 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons paprika, and 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper in a small bowl or resealable container.

Method

DO AHEAD: Rub can be made 2 months ahead. Store airtight at room temperature.
