Ingredients
1/2 cup light molasses
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp vinegar
1/4 test salt
1 1/2 tbsp butter
6 cups of popped popcorn
Method
Combine molasses, sugar, water, vinegar and salt. Cook slowly without stirring to 270ºF (or when a small quantity dropped into cold water threads.)
Remove from heat; add butter. Stir only enough to mix. Pour over popcorn.
Shape lightly and quickly into balls!
